Season 3 of Miz & Mrs. returned with the Mizanin family up to their normal hijinks, following their daily and wrestling lives in the process. This season also followed Mike's journey as he joined the cast of "dancing with the Stars".
In episode 4, Mike is eliminated from DWTS, leading Mike's wife Maryse to believe he is devastated. However, due to the intense pressure he endured while competing on the show, he is actually relieved. Early in the show, Mike decides to let Maryse believe he is sad, using her pity towards him to his advantage. In this scene, Mike and his friend Ryan Cabrera discuss lying to the spouses for personal gain. Later, Mike's attempt to apologize to Maryse is thwarted.
